AMBT makes use of the webhosting services of Siteground. Siteground processes your information on our behalf, they don’t process your information for their own or other purposes. They can collect meta data about the use of the services. Antagonist has taken suitable technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, corruption and abuse of your information. Antagonist has a duty of confidentiality. Antagonist is required, by the contract we have with them, to take suitable security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL-encryption and a strong password policy. Regular back-ups are made to prevent loss of data.
For our regular business e-mail traffic we make use of the services of Siteground. Siteground has taken suitable technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, corruption. Antagonist has no access to our inbox, we treat all our e-mail traffic as confidential.
To process payments AMBT makes use of the Paypal platform. Paypal processes your name, address and location information and your payment details, like bank account number or credit card number. Paypal has taken suitable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Paypal has the right to use your information to improve their services and to share the (anonymized) information with third parties for this purpose. In case of a deferred payment Paypal shares personal information and information with regards to your financial position with credit rating companies. All mentioned measures related to the protection of your personal information are also applicable for the parts of the services that Paypal will use third parties. Paypal will store your information no longer then based on legal terms is permitted.
Purpose of the information processing
AMBT only processes information we need for the fulfilment of our services and to comply to legal (administrative) requirements. This mean that our information processing is always related to the order you place. We don’t use your information for direct marketing purposes. Whenever we use your information in a different way – besides contacting you upon your own request – we will ask your explicit consent. We will not share your information with third parties, other than to comply to legal and administrative obligations. These third parties have a duty of secrecy, based on the contract between us and them, a sworn oath or legal obligations.
Automatic collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed in order to improve our services. This data (e.g. IP-address, browser and operating system) does not contain personal information.
Co-operation to law enforcement and legal investigation.
De Leydsche can be forced by authorities to share your information due to legal obligations related to legal investigations.
We keep your information for as long as you are our customer. We will keep your information until you notify us that you no longer wish to use our services (e.g. download link). We will treat this notification as a request for erasure. Due to applicable administrative duties we are forced to keep order details which contain your (personal) information, we will store this for as long as the applicable term. After notification employees will not have access to to your client profile and documents related to your order.
Based on applicable Dutch and European Law you have certain rights concerning the Personal Information that is being processed by us or on our behalf. Here we will explain which rights you have and how you can use these rights.
Principally, to avoid abuse, we only send details about your information to your e-mail address that is already known to us. In case you want information to be sent to a different e-mail address or by post, we will ask you for your indentification. We will keep records of handled requests, in case of a request for erasure (right to be forgotten), we will anonymize the records. You will receive all details and copies of your information in the machine readable format that we use in our system.

You always have the right to restrict the processing the information that is processed by us or on our behalf, that is related to you or is traceable to you. In this case, we most likely cannot our continue our services to you, because we cannot guarantee a save connection between data files anymore.
Right to object and other rights
In appropriate circumstances you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information by AMBT or on behalf of AMBT. When you object we will immediately stop the processing of your personal information awaiting the consideration of your objection. If your objection is well founded, we will send you a copy of the all the information all processors have and we will stop the processing permanently. We will send this information to the e-mail address that is known to us.
In addition you have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision-making, including profiling. AMBT does not process your information in such a way that this right is applicable. If you believe otherwise, please contact us through the contact page of our website.
Protection of AMBT and Others
We may use or share Personal Information or Prospect Information without your consent in certain circumstances:
